Privacy Policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Hussong's Summerlin LLC, doing business as Hussong's Cantina Boca Park ("Hussong's Cantina Boca Park," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares the information you provide when you submit the form at sangria.hussongscantina.com for the Sangria Friday Nights giveaway.

What we collect

• Contact details: first name, last name (optional), email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth, as you enter them on the form. We collect your date of birth to confirm you are 21 or older.
• Consent records: whether you opted in to marketing text messages and to marketing emails, the date and time of each choice, the exact consent wording shown to you at the time, and the version of the form you used.
• Giveaway entry records: the week of your entry, so we can apply the one entry per person, per week rule.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser user agent, which we record to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile may set cookies or collect limited device signals to do this.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies.

How we use it

• To enter you in the giveaway, confirm that you are eligible, apply the one entry per person, per week rule, and contact the winner by phone or email.

• If you opted in to email, to send you updates, offers, and events from Hussong's Cantina Boca Park. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
